CLEANING HACKS
Use Toothpaste to Clean Your Headlights.
Headlights can be a mission to get clean. Apply some toothpaste, rub in a circular motion and wipe.
Save some money & your car seats by making your own non-invasive all-natural car cleaner.
Take a spray bottle – mix salt, lemon, soda water, white vinegar & dish washing liquid. Spray on stained areas and wipe away and let it dry. You should see visible results.
This is an easy mixture to shine up your rims.
Instead of spending money on fancy rim polish you could try a mixture of baking soda, dish washing liquid and warm water to get the sparkle back in your rims.
Vinegar is stronger than you think.
Similarly, to Pocket Tip 2, use a spray bottle to mix a cup of white vinegar with a cup of water. Spray on windows and clean with a microfiber rag by doing vertical wipes and then horizontal wipes.
REPAIR HACKS
Stop a windshield crack from spreading.
If you have a small crack, coat area with clear nail polish on either side of windshield on the cracked area to stop it from spreading until you can get it repaired.
Repair small dents with this trick.
This one doesn’t always work but worth a try – boil some water and pour on the area, then take a plunger, place on the dent and pull.
