What to say, depending on why you are writing
- Something on the site looks wrong. Send the page and what looks off. You do not have to prove it. We check every correction and we would rather hear it from you than leave it up.
- You want your data, or want it deleted. Say so and we will do it. No charge, no form, and we will not ask why. Details are in the privacy notice.
- You want to complain. Include your enquiry reference if you have one. Our complaints page sets out what we do and who you can escalate to for free.
- You are an insurer or a provider. Tell us what you want to discuss. Note that we do not sell placement, rankings or coverage, so those conversations will be short.
What we cannot help with
We cannot look up your policy, change it, chase a claim or tell you whether yours will pay out. We are not your insurer and we have no access to your account. For anything about an existing policy, your insurer is the only place that can help, and if they will not, the complaints page shows you who will.
